The international activities of the Hödlmayr Group require the observance of a number of social, political and legal conditions. The code of conduct and the anti-corruption policy set out all the requirements for those key areas in which we are committed to conducting ourselves in accordance with the rules. They also describe the handling of violations. The Code and the Directive form the basis for morally, ethically and legally sound conduct throughout the Group and are intended to support our employees in exercising their functions independently.
In addition, there is a specifically defined Compliance Officer who is responsible for any questions, communication with and training of employees, the ongoing updating of the guidelines and reporting to the Executive Board.

The perception of social responsibility is based on company-specific features and their significance for the environment and society.
