Long-term prospects for the program

The mentoring program at Hödlmayr began in 2020 as a company-wide commitment to promoting young talent. The current program, launched in April 2023, is expected to close at the end of March/beginning of April this year, followed by a new matching of mentors. New mentors will be trained every 2-3 years to ensure continuous development.

The Hödlmayr mentoring program not only offers the opportunity to form meaningful professional networks, but also promotes the personal development of all participants. It is not only a contribution to promoting young talent within the company, but also helps to create a sustainable and enriching professional community.
