Long-term prospects for the program
The mentoring program at Hödlmayr began in 2020 as a company-wide commitment to promoting young talent. The current program, launched in April 2023, is expected to close at the end of March/beginning of April this year, followed by a new matching of mentors. New mentors will be trained every 2-3 years to ensure continuous development.
The Hödlmayr mentoring program not only offers the opportunity to form meaningful professional networks, but also promotes the personal development of all participants.
