Setting the long-term direction at Hödlmayr: Clear commitment of the owner families

At its most recent meeting, the Supervisory Board of Hödlmayr International AG decided on organizational and structural changes. The holding company will be transformed from a stock corporation (AG) into a limited liability company (GmbH). On July 1, 2024, Johannes Alexander Hödlmayr, the third generation of the vehicle logistics experts from the Mühlviertel region, will join the management board as CEO. From this date, he will manage the operational business of the holding company together with his colleagues Robert Horvath (CFO) and Andreas Sundl (COO).

The owner families are thus ensuring that the all-important influence on the development of the company will be retained even when the second generation passes on to the third. This clear commitment to continued long-term involvement ensures the desired stability in the company, clear structures and the necessary continuity. The change of name will have no effect on the other companies in the group, nor will anything change for the employees as a result of this step.

The existing Supervisory Board will continue to exist in its original form under the leadership of Supervisory Board Chairman KR Johannes Hödlmayr. The third generation has been represented in the Supervisory Board by Julian Hödlmayr since June 2022.
