Risk workshops in all subsidiaries
We have held workshops in all our subsidiaries to identify the specific regional risks. Together with our teams, we assessed the probability of occurrence and potential extent of damage of these risks and defined concrete measures for the future to minimize or avoid them through conscious control. These workshops have not only provided us with valuable insights but have also heightened the awareness and responsibility of each individual employee.
Risk management firmly established
Our approach to risk management is now an integral part of our corporate strategy and increasingly part of our daily work. Continuously evaluating and adapting our measures helps us to remain agile and resilient. We do not see risk management as an isolated topic, but as an interdisciplinary pillar of corporate governance alongside compliance.
