From the very beginning, the project was characterized by an intensive exchange between theory and practice. Following the kick-off, students worked independently over several weeks on a real business case, while regular coordination meetings and personal follow-ups provided additional input. Open discussions and the diversity of perspectives contributed to challenging existing ways of thinking and developing new viewpoints.
During the final presentations, the students demonstrated not only a strong understanding of the project objectives, but also presented concrete and well-thought-out solutions. The results ranged from strategic considerations to practical recommendations, offering valuable points of reference for Hödlmayr International.
Projects like this clearly demonstrate the added value of collaboration between companies and universities. While students gained insight into an international corporate environment and were able to further develop their skills in a real-world context, Hödlmayr International benefited from fresh input and an objective external perspective.
The positive experiences and valuable insights gained from this project form a solid foundation for further expanding the collaboration and pursuing future joint initiatives.
