As flexible as the logistics are, so are your employment opportunities with us. We take time for you and your profile.

We treat unsolicited applications with just as great care as your application for a specific job. After all, there’s a lot of potential in unsolicited applications that can be optimally developed. We think of your application as interdisciplinary and beyond national borders. After all, we want to find the optimal start for you.

After receiving your application, you will receive a confirmation from us. The examination of an application usually takes up to 1 week. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Has your application sparked our interest and do we see a suitable job opportunity with us? It doesn’t get any better than that. Now is the time to get to know each other personally in an interview.

Depending on the position, 1-2 interviews are held. Your interview partners will be your future supervisors and colleagues from the relevant department, as well as a contact person from HR who will guide you through the entire application process.

We make decisions quickly and expeditiously. We will inform you about the results of our discussions in a timely and comprehensible manner.

If our conversations with you have led to a joint success, now it is a matter of getting you on board.

We will prepare the appropriate contract in a maximum of 3 – 5 days and discuss the conditions in detail with you. Finally, you should be fully informed and well equipped for your start at Hödlmayr.

A new company, new environment, possibly even a new field of work - it’s exciting. Hödlmayr does a lot to make your arrival with us easier.

The starting support of an experienced colleague ensures that you will find everything you need to get started professionally with us. The starting support provides the necessary infrastructure in technical and human terms. This is also linked to a structured onboarding process, where you gradually get to know all areas and contact persons, receive all necessary training on processes and programs and adapt well to our environment.

We are always open to questions, too.

A sense of togetherness and collegiality is a consistent feature of our organization, and help is always available when it is needed.
