The greatest Hungarian acknowledgement of quality was handed out to Mr. György Iván, Managing Director of Hödlmayr Hungária Logistics Ltd, by Mr. Ferenc Gyurcsány, Hungarian Prime Minister and Mr. János Kóka, Minister of Economy and Transportation on 28th of January 2005 in the Parliament.
In his speech the Prime Minister underlined: „A successful and excellent Hungary can only be built up by successful and excellent people, institutions and companies.”
„Nowadays it is essential for the Hungarian firms to improve their competitiveness in behalf of the continous development and survival. And one of the key elements of this is organizational excellence” added Mr. Kóka, Minister of Economy and Transportation.
Hödlmayr Hungária Logistics Ltd. has won the prize in open competition snatching it just away from MATÁV - the biggest Hungarian telecommunication company and from EOn – the largest Hungarian power company.
Being honoured this award, Hödlmayr is the first logistic and forwarder company in Hungary who has gained this prestigious prize!
