Our purchase organisation contains both, central and local features:
- For material and services which are procured by all our locations general agreements are negotiated by the corporate procurement in Schwertberg, which are then executed at the subsidiaries. Furthermore, procurement guidelines and the purchase strategy are set up by the central procurement department.
- Those products and services which are needed only by individual subsidiaries and those for which there are no global suppliers are locally negotiated and ordered.
